[1] VOTING WILL BE FOR A FULL CALENDAR YEAR STARTING JANUARY 1st 2006 until DECEMBER 31st 2006 ' ONLY. '

[2] ALL CLUBS (UNDER 500 and OVER 500) NEED TO BE OPERATING ON A WEEKLY BASIS FOR A FULL CALENDAR YEAR TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR CLUB OF THE YEAR OR CLUB NIGHT OF THE YEAR IN THEIR RESPECTIVE CATEGORIES.

[3] ALL CLUBS AND VENUES ARE ELIGIBLE IN THE MOST POPULAR SPECIAL EVENTS OF THE YEAR AWARD ( under 1000 and over 1000 in their respective categories) regardless of their operating length of time - eg;club,warehouse,carpark,outdoor,etc.

[4] ALL DJ'S MALE AND FEMALE WHO HAVE WON "HALL OF FAME" IN THE PAST-( DJ DRILLER,DJ NODDY,DJ JOSH,DJ BRENDON,DJ MPK,DJ HMC,MC TIM ,DJ ANGELO ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR ANY DJ CATEGORIES ONLY--BUT ARE ELIGIBLE FOR EVERYTHING ELSE.

[5]ONLY SOUTH AUSTRALIAN DJ'S,MC'S,CLUBS,CLUB NIGHTS,PROMOTERS,PARTIES/EVENTS,SOUND AND LIGHTING,RECORD SHOPS,RADIO SHOWS,PRODUCERS,WEB-SITES[the web-site needs to have the S.A. Dance Scene Fully Covered and at least be moderated and edited in South Australia in some way or >>>>>form],RECORD LABELS ,LIVE ACTS,etc ARE ELIGIBLE FOR THE S.A. DANCE MUSIC AWARDS. with the exception of--[ANY NATIONAL EVENT PUT ON IN SOUTH AUSTRALIA ,WHICH IS FULLY RUN AND FUNDED BY A SOUTH AUSTRALIAN PROMOTOR/CLUB ARE ELIGIBLE]
